Refund and cancellation policy
At Songbird Neha, we strive to deliver a high-quality musical experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our refund and cancellation policy:
Class Cancellations (by Learner)
- Group Classes: Fees are non-refundable once the batch has started.
- Individual Classes: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Class Cancellations (by Instructor)
If a class is canceled by Neha due to unavoidable circumstances, a make-up session will be arranged.
Live Performance Bookings
- A non-refundable advance is required to confirm a live performance date.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.
- Date rescheduling may be accommodated if informed at least 14 days in advance.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds (if any) are processed only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
- Cancellation made within the trial or onboarding period (if applicable and stated for that course).
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
